  • Price with Hotel Registration is $105.00
  • Price without Hotel Registration is $125.00

PLEASE READ!

Registration Price with Hotel Reservation:
   -$105.00* for the first registered guest; $125.00 for any additional guest who registers

Registration Price without Hotel Registration:
   -$125.00 per guest; hotel rate is $130 per night.

For an expedited registration process and much shorter wait time, it is HIGHLY recommended that guests upload a clear headshot/photo (starting from shoulders) for the required picture ID card, which will be provided upon check in.

PLEASE NOTE: Registration rates will increase to $250, per person, on August 29th, 2012. This will ALSO apply to Seniors & Students. No exceptions will be made.

 * Registration rate will be discounted by $20.00 for the first registered guest upon hotel reservation. A hotel "reservation" link will be available after convention registration.

AANF collects and uses various information that includes: amount donated, address, telephone number, comments and e-mail address. Tax laws in the United States and the State of California require AANF to keep contact information and contribution on file.

AANF will never sell, trade, rent or share names (unless released for publication), e-mail or mail addresses, or telephone numbers of our contributors.  AANF will use contact information (e-mail, telephone number and address) of donors for these purposes only:

  • Distribute receipts for contributors
  • Thanking your for your donation
  • Inform you about upcoming fundraising and other activities of AANF
  • Internal analysis and record keeping
  • Reporting to relevant U.S. and State agencies (these reports are not for public inspection) 
  • Contact donors about changes to this policy

Properly anonymized donor information is used for promotional and fundraising activities. AANF  allows contributors the option to have their name publicly associated with their donation unless  they explicitly chooses to remain “anonymous”.

Financial Information

All access to your information is strictly limited to professional staff of the Federation whose job requires them to process this data. No such data is given to any person, organization or group who does not need to access those data. When information is completed and proceed after it is no longer needed we either shreded or removed from our data. 

To accept payment for conventions and/or contributions via credit card, AANF uses accredited online payment processing services with world-class security, Bank of America and data privacy policies. If you would like to make another reservation for the purpose of processing recurring, AANF does not store, nor does it have access to, your credit card information, bank account numbers, or other account data sent to those processing services.
